On March 3, the city's business food supply and marketing working conference was held in the Municipal Affairs Center. At the meeting, Zhang Shijun, director of the Municipal Food Bureau, made a report on his work. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the city's grain system aimed at "Hefei's characteristics, Anhui's first-class and national advanced", focusing on the implementation of the "grain security project", "five-one project" and the 50 billion-dollar cross-over project of grain industrialization, and fully guaranteed the safety of "rice bags" in the famous cities of the Great Lakes. The total amount of grain purchased by the whole society in the city is 7 million tons, which promotes the increase of farmers'income by 1 billion yuan. Build a large warehouse of 1 million tons, renovate the warehouse capacity of 500,000 tons, the effective warehouse capacity of the whole society reached 3.94 million tons. The profit of state-owned grain purchasing and selling enterprises in the whole city exceeds 100 million yuan. Implementing grain and oil orders covers an area of 3.62 million mu, and the output value of grain and oil processing industry in the city is 45.3 billion yuan. The Municipal Food Bureau was awarded the "Advanced Collective of the National Food System". The construction of grain storage facilities and the project of "Rest assured of grain and oil, staple food kitchen" were promoted throughout the country. In 2016, the whole city's grain system will conscientiously implement the responsibility system for food security, focusing on the new "Five-one Project" and "Ten-Ten Project", taking reform, development and innovation as the driving force, taking talent science and technology as the support, and taking the Party's construction as the guarantee, to promote the healthy development of the food industry. Give full play to the advanced demonstration role of the whole country and be a good leader in the grain system of the whole province.

Vice Mayor Wang Minsheng highly affirmed that our city's grain work was in the forefront of the whole province and the whole country in many aspects, and fully recognized the ideas and practices of implementing the new "Five-One" project by the Municipal Food Bureau. Vice Mayor Wang Minsheng pointed out that the grain sector, as an important force in serving the citizens and Enriching Farmers and promoting the integration of urban and rural development, should achieve "new breakthroughs" in serving agriculture, transforming and upgrading, cultivating leading enterprises and opening up and development. Focusing on agricultural development, we should vigorously develop order agriculture, cultivate grain brands and form new growth points of grain economy. We should speed up the implementation of the grain security project, speed up the construction of grain storage facilities, improve the effective storage capacity and facilitate farmers to sell grain. We should enhance market awareness, pay attention to the opportunities of "Internet +", gradually realize the traditional electricity industry, and encourage the provincial grain, oil and Foodstuffs Import and export (Group) company to make use of "Internet + foreign trade" to realize transformation and upgrading.
Vice Mayor Wang Minsheng demanded that next step, the grain sector should be guided by supply-side reform, based on the actual industry to capacity, inventory, cost reduction, shortcomings, and improve the quality and efficiency of supply.
